Contacting the Fund Trustee

With effect from 1st August 2023, Independent Trustee Services Limited, part of the Independent Governance Group (“IGG”), was appointed as the sole Trustee of the Fund.

As Trustee, we have a responsibility to ensure that the Fund is run in line with its rules, relevant regulations, and legal requirements. Running a pension plan can be complex and we are supported in the day-to-day running of the Fund by a team of advisers including administrators, auditors, investment advisers and legal advisers.  Although there is a new Trustee, there is no change to the Fund’s administrator and so if you do have any queries about your Fund benefits, please contact the Fund administrators, Fidelity.

We hope that all queries can be resolved to your satisfaction with the administrator. However, where this is not possible you can contact the Trustee using the following email address. We want to continue to make our communications to you as informative and engaging as possible and so please do share any feedback or questions you may have - we would be delighted to hear from you.
